1. Introduction: This Privacy Policy outlines how Success Motors and General Trading Company Limited ("we", "our", or "the company") collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda.
2. Information We Collect: Full Name, Phone Number, National Identification Number (NIN), Address, Witness Information, and National ID Image.
3. How We Collect: Through our Digital Management System, Mobile App, Client Web Portal, USSD Interface, and In-Person Enrollments.
4. Purpose of Collection:
- To verify and validate identity (KYC)
- To facilitate sale and purchase of vehicles
- To process and confirm mobile money/bank payments
- To contact clients regarding account activity and services
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
5. Sharing of Data: We may share your data with mobile money providers (MTN, Airtel) and government authorities only where required by law. No data is sold or shared for commercial gain.
6. Your Rights:
- Access and correct your data
- Request deletion or limit processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to certain processing
- File complaints with the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO)
7. Data Retention: We retain your personal data as long as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of motor vehicles between Success Motors and General Trading Company ("the Company") and the Customer. By opening an account and/or making any deposit, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by the following terms:
- Account Opening and Initial Deposit
1.1 The Customer shall make an initial deposit of not less than UGX 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Uganda Shillings) upon opening an account with the Company. - Deposits and Savings
2.1 The Customer may make deposits to their account in any amount and at any frequency, whether daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. - Vehicle Acquisition
3.1 In order to take possession of the selected motor vehicle, the Customer must have deposited at least 70% of the total cost price of the chosen vehicle.
3.2 The remaining 30% balance shall be payable in equal or agreed-upon installments within six (6) months from the date of delivery of the motor vehicle. - Default and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 The Customer may request to withdraw their funds.
4.2 In such an event, the Company shall refund the Customer’s total deposits less 10%. - Vehicle Selection Flexibility
5.1 The Customer reserves the right to change the type or model of vehicle initially selected at any time prior to taking possession, subject to availability and any applicable price adjustments. - General Provisions
6.1 All deposits and payments made by the Customer shall be acknowledged with official receipts issued by the Company.
6.2 The ownership of the vehicle remains with the Company until full payment (100% of the agreed vehicle cost) is received.
6.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
Acceptance: By opening or by making the initial deposit, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
